Rates & Insurance:

I accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, but not Medicaid. Depending upon your plan, you are probably entitled to up to 20 or so visits per year. Your co-pay will also depend on your plan. Generally, it will be the same as what you pay for a specialist doctor’s visit.

DWI evaluations are not covered by insurance. The rate for a DWI evaluation is $135.
